About the Role
As a Sales Representative at Mushroom World Group, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with stockists and distributors to enhance sales and drive business growth. Your day-to-day tasks will include identifying new sales opportunities, negotiating deals, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to drive business growth and revenue
- Negotiate deals and agreements with stockists and distributors to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Provide exceptional customer service to resolve customer complaints and issues
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless sales processes and customer experiences
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Strong negotiation and sales skills to drive business growth and revenue
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets and performance metrics
- Basic knowledge of sales software and tools, such as CRM systems
- Ability to travel to customer sites and attend sales meetings
- Fluency in English and Hindi
