Account Executive (Zoho Books) (Ahmedabad)

About the Role

As an Account Executive at MUSH Bamboo, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring compliance with GST and TDS regulations, and providing financial analysis and budgeting support to the team. You will work closely with the finance team to maintain accurate financial records, prepare financial reports, and make recommendations for financial planning and forecasting.

With a focus on Zoho Books, you will be expected to have a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and budgeting techniques. Your expertise in MS Excel and Tally ERP will also be essential in maintaining financial records and preparing reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with GST and TDS regulations, including filing returns and making payments.
• Provide financial analysis and budgeting support to the team, including preparing financial reports and making recommendations for financial planning and forecasting.
• Maintain accurate financial records, including journal entries, ledgers, and financial statements.
• Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Collaborate with the finance team to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and budgeting techniques.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced formulas and functions.
• Experience with Tally ERP or other accounting software.
• Knowledge of GST and TDS regulations, including filing returns and making payments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make recommendations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
