With a central kitchen in Haralur and outlets in HSR, Whitefield, and Sarjapur Road, Mud Ash Foodworks combines professional expertise with innovative operations. Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and execution-focused Growth & Corporate Sales Manager to drive brand growth across digital, offline, and B2B channels. This role will be responsible for expanding our customer base, growing online sales, strengthening brand visibility, and building corporate partnerships to generate bulk and recurring business. Key Responsibilities Growth & Brand Marketing Grow the brand's social media presence and community engagement across platforms Collaborate with influencers, content creators, and freelance designers to create engaging and premium brand content Plan and manage campaigns for customer retention and loyalty programs, including setup, execution, and performance tracking Drive online business growth through ads, discounts, and participation in campaigns on Swiggy and Zomato Monitor campaign performance and optimize customer acquisition and repeat purchase metrics Plan and execute offline marketing initiatives and in-store promotional activities to increase walk-ins and local brand awareness Corporate Sales & Business Development Identify, approach, and onboard corporate clients for bulk food orders, catering, and partnerships Build and maintain relationships with office admins, HR teams, corporate procurement teams, and event organizers Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and partnership targets Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements with clients Coordinate with operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of corporate orders Track sales pipeline, client feedback, and market opportunities Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates for management review Qualifications & Skills Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field 0–3 years of experience in growth marketing, corporate sales, business development, or hospitality sales Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Hands-on understanding of digital marketing, social media, and food delivery platforms Comfortable with field visits and client meetings across Bangalore Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment Passion for food and hospitality is a plus Immediate joiners are preferred What We Offer Competitive salary and performance-based incentives Opportunity to work directly with leadership in a fast-growing food startup Exposure to both growth strategy and business development Dynamic and entrepreneurial work environment Please do not apply on the post if its not relevant to you.
