Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce - Sales Cloud applications. Perform functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure software quality and reliability. Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools, ensuring timely resolution. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback on software functionality. Participate in requirement analysis and design reviews to provide input on testability and quality aspects. Maintain and enhance automated test scripts and frameworks to improve testing efficiency. Provide regular status updates on testing progress and results to project stakeholders. Stay updated with the latest testing methodologies and Salesforce - Sales Cloud features to continuously improve testing processes. Mandatory Skills: Strong knowledge of Salesforce - Sales Cloud, including its features, functionalities, and best practices. Proficiency in software testing methodologies, including manual and automated testing. Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems. Ability to write clear and concise test cases and documentation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with automation testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or similar. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams. Experience with performance testing tools. Understanding of API testing and tools like Postman or SoapUI. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications in software testing or Salesforce are a plus.
