HR Executive Intern
About the Role
We are looking for an HR Executive to support our Talent Acquisition team in managing end-to-end recruitment activities. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong interest in recruitment and people operations, who thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports Post job openings and support employer branding initiatives Follow up with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience Requirements Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field 0–1 years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition (internship experience can be considered) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good understanding of recruitment and HR processes Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets What You'll Gain Hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment Exposure to hiring across multiple roles and skill sets Opportunity to grow into senior HR or Talent Acquisition roles Mentorship and learning in a dynamic HR environment Communication,Data Entry,Interview Coordination
