About the Role
Key Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities:
1. Contact and engage qualified leads generated through Meta, Google, and other digital marketing campaigns.
2. Conduct outbound calling and follow-ups on existing and new lead databases.
3. Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting activities.
4. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective investors.
5. Understand clients' investment objectives, risk appetite, budget, and preferred investment destinations.
6. Advise clients on international real estate opportunities across Dubai, Thailand, Greece, Bali, London, and other markets.
7. Recommend suitable investment projects based on client requirements.
8. Conduct virtual presentations, investment consultations, and property briefings.
9. Prepare and share project presentations, pricing details, payment plans, and investment proposals.
10. Coordinate with developer sales teams to obtain the latest inventory, pricing, offers, incentives, and availability.
11. Assist clients throughout the booking and property purchase process.
