About the Role

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably in Business, Finance, or Marketing).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in Hindi and English.
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Basic knowledge of capital markets and investment products (training will be provided for the right candidate).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Flexibility to work in a 24/7 shift pattern, including weekends and holidays.
