About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative at Moneylicious Investments And Consulting Services Private, you will be the primary point of contact for clients seeking assistance with investment-related queries. Your day-to-day tasks will involve responding to phone calls, emails, and chats, providing accurate and timely information on various investment products and services. You will also be responsible for resolving customer complaints and escalating complex issues to senior team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely information on investment products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Escalate complex customer issues to senior team members for further assistance.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and marketing, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and product updates to provide informed responses to customer queries.
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably in Business, Finance, or Marketing).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in Hindi and English.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Basic knowledge of capital markets and investment products (training will be provided for the right candidate).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Flexibility to work in a 24/7 shift pattern, including weekends and holidays.
