Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Jaipur. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and connecting with potential clients, managing relationships with customers, providing product information, and presenting properties to clients. Additional responsibilities include closing sales deals, achieving monthly sales targets, conducting market research, and staying informed about industry trends to maximize business opportunities. Collaboration with internal teams to meet sales objectives will also be a key aspect of the role. Qualifications Strong sales and negotiation skills to secure and close deals effectively Proficiency in building and maintaining client relationships Understanding of market analysis and industry trends Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present properties and interact with clients Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a competitive environment Relevant experience in the real estate industry is preferred A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field is desirable Familiarity with CRM tools, real estate software, or equivalent systems is an advantage
