Record To Report Opportunity - Mindlance (NOIDA)

About the Role

In this Record to Report Opportunity, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing and reviewing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

You will work closely with the finance team to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements, including Balance Sheets and Profit and Loss statements.
• Enter accounting entries and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Assist in the preparation of USA payroll taxes and ensure compliance with staffing industry processes.
• Develop and maintain financial models and reports to analyze financial data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
• Collaborate with the finance team to identify trends and areas for improvement in financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide support and guidance to the finance team as needed.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 0-4 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Certifications in accounting or finance (e.g. CPA) a plus.
