RPA Business Analyst

About the Role

This RPA Business Analyst role at Mizuho Global Services Pvt Ltd involves working closely with the business and IT teams to design, implement, and optimize robotic process automation (RPA) solutions. You will be responsible for understanding business requirements, developing process documentation, and ensuring seamless integration of RPA technologies with existing business applications.

As a key member of the team, you will contribute to the development of business cases, process improvements, and automation strategies, leveraging your technical knowledge and analytical skills to drive business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain business requirements documents (BRDs) and process documentation (PDDs) for RPA projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design, and implement RPA solutions
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure successful deployment of RPA solutions
• Develop and maintain test cases, scripts, and documentation for RPA solutions
• Work closely with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of RPA technologies with existing business applications
• Develop and maintain process documentation, user manuals, and other supporting materials
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of automation strategies

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong educational background with BE/BTech, BSc IT or Computer Science
• Post Graduates with technical degrees will be preferred
• Excellent hands-on experience with MS Project, MS Visio, and MS Office Suite
• Deep understanding of technology, including RPA technologies, SDLC, and Agile Methodology
• Strong knowledge on project management applications and software such as JIRA, Service Now, Confluence, and version Control tools
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to challenge
• Structured and logical approach to working
• Strong problem-solving skills - able to think clearly under pressure
• Ability to work with both business and IT staff in a pressured environment
