About the Role

As a Customer Service Executive at Misfit Souls, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling their inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring their overall satisfaction. You will work closely with the finance team to maintain accurate customer and financial records, while also ensuring compliance with company policies.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for handling customer interactions through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings. You will also be required to prepare invoices, process payments, and reconcile customer accounts and receipts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints through phone, email, or in-person meetings.
  • Prepare invoices, process payments, and maintain accurate customer billing records.
  • Record daily financial transactions and reconcile customer accounts and receipts.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with customers regarding account-related queries.
  • Maintain accurate customer and financial records while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS-Office, particularly MS-Excel.
  • Strong English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial transactions.
