About the Role

In this role as Import Export Executive, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the import and export processes for Miracle Consultancy. This includes preparing and reviewing export documentation, communicating with suppliers and customers, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will work closely with the logistics team to ensure smooth shipping and delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review export documentation, including commercial invoices, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
  • Communicate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure smooth shipping and delivery of goods.
  • Monitor and track shipments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of import and export transactions.
  • Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies related to import and export transactions.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in import and export regulations and procedures.

Skills & Qualifications

  • MS Excel: Proficiency in using MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • hlookup and vlookup: Ability to use these functions to retrieve and manipulate data in Excel.
  • Export documentation: Knowledge of export documentation procedures and requirements.
  • Pivot table: Ability to create and analyze data using pivot tables in Excel.
  • Advance Excel: Proficiency in using advanced Excel features, such as macros and VBA.
  • Shipping: Knowledge of shipping procedures and requirements.
  • Import export: Understanding of import and export regulations and procedures.
  • Fluent English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
