We are looking for a highly motivated Psychology graduate or student to work closely with the Founder on strategic initiatives, business operations, research, partnerships, and product development in the mental wellness space. Key Responsibilities • Work directly with the Founder on high-priority projects and business initiatives • Conduct psychological and behavioral research to support product and service development • Contribute to the development of AI-driven mental wellness solutions and psychological frameworks • Coordinate with psychologists, trainers, corporate clients, and university partners • Assist in creating wellness reports, psychometric assessment reports, and impact reports for stakeholders • Support partnerships and collaborations with corporates, universities, and mental health professionals • Manage end-to-end execution of workshops, wellness programs, and client engagements • Gather user insights and translate them into actionable recommendations for products and services • Prepare presentations, proposals, reports, and strategic documents for internal and external stakeholders • Support business operations and special projects across different functions of the organization Who Should Apply • Students pursuing or graduates with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology • Strong interest in mental health, behavioral science, and technology-driven wellness solutions • Excellent communication, research, and analytical skills • Ability to take ownership and work independently in a startup environment • Comfortable handling multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously • Prior experience in research, operations, or mental health initiatives is a plus
