About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing field marketing strategies to increase hospital referrals and drive business growth for Mind and Brain Hospital. You will work closely with the sales team to identify new opportunities and build relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry.

As a Field Marketing & Hospital Referral Associate, you will be the face of the company, representing Mind and Brain Hospital at various events, conferences, and meetings. You will need to be confident, articulate, and able to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute field marketing strategies to increase hospital referrals and drive business growth.
• Work closely with the sales team to identify new opportunities and build relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry.
• Represent Mind and Brain Hospital at various events, conferences, and meetings.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospital administrators, doctors, and other healthcare professionals.
• Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
• Develop and maintain a network of contacts within the healthcare industry.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials and campaigns.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-4 years of experience in field marketing, sales, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and software.
