About the Role
As a Go-To-Market Executive at Mina, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective commercialization strategies, leveraging market research and data analysis to inform product decisions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver sales enablement and customer insights.
Your primary goal will be to develop and execute go-to-market plans that meet business objectives, while also fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new products or services, including market research, competitor analysis, and sales strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and marketing, to ensure alignment and effective execution of go-to-market plans.
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop and deliver sales enablement materials, including training programs, sales playbooks, and customer-facing content.
- Provide customer insights and feedback to inform product development and go-to-market strategies.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including vendors, distributors, and channel partners.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in product marketing, commercialization, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop and deliver sales enablement materials and customer-facing content.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience with data analysis tools, such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Knowledge of product marketing and commercialization principles, including market research, competitor analysis, and sales strategy.
