About the Role

As a Microsoft Software Engineer in the Azure Data team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and shipping features for Azure Data and Microsoft Fabric products. Your day-to-day tasks will involve writing clean, testable, and maintainable code in one or more languages, collaborating with senior engineers on data, analytics, and cloud services, and debugging, testing, and improving the reliability and performance of services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop features for Azure Data and Microsoft Fabric products
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code in languages such as C, C#, C++, Java, JavaScript, and Python
• Collaborate with senior engineers on data, analytics, and cloud services
• Debug, test, and improve the reliability and performance of services
• Learn and apply modern software-engineering and cloud best practices

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
