Job Title: Digital Marketing Intern Industry: Hospitality Location: Chennai, Mylapore Duration: 6 Months Stipend: Paid After completion of the internship, we will move the candidate to probation for a period of one year (Based on work Performance) Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development and execution of Digital Marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, Email, Content, Influencer, SEO). Create and manage Social Media content (Posts, Stories, Videos, etc.) to boost engagement and Brand awareness. Monitor and analyse the performance of ongoing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audience behavior. Assist in managing and growing our Social Media profiles on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Help with Email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns by creating and analysing newsletters and promotional contents. Assist in updating website content, writing blog posts, and optimizing digital assets. Support the team in tracking and reporting campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar. Collaborate with other team members to brainstorm and execute creative digital marketing ideas. Qualifications: Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, IT, Communications, or a related field. Basic understanding of Digital Marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, social media, Content Marketing). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Creative, enthusiastic, and willing to learn. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge of social media platforms and familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) is a plus.
