About the Role

This People & Culture Intern role involves supporting key HR initiatives across employee data management, workforce analytics, employee engagement, and documentation. You will be responsible for verifying employee address details, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with employees for missing documentation. Additionally, you will assist in developing dashboards to track office presence, generate reports to identify attendance trends, and support the HR team with insights for planning employee engagement and cultural activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify and validate employee address details against submitted address proof documents.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HR systems and trackers.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track solution-wise office presence.
  • Generate reports to identify attendance trends and workweek compliance.
  • Support the HR team with insights for planning employee engagement and cultural activities.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace tools.
  • Good analytical and reporting skills.
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
