About the Role: ¿Tienes experiencia en ventas B2B y te apasiona el trabajo en campo? Esta oportunidad es para ti. Buscamos talento con enfoque comercial, autonomía y capacidad para desarrollar mercado en el sector de acero y lámina. REQUISITOS: 1+ año de experiencia en ventas de acero, lámina, lámina plástica o asbesto Experiencia comprobable en ventas B2B Vehículo propio (indispensable) Disponibilidad para trabajo en campo Bachillerato o Licenciatura (no indispensable) CONOCIMIENTOS EN: Estrategias de ventas B2B Prospección y desarrollo de clientes Posicionamiento de nuevos productos Manejo de CRM y paquetería Office PRINCIPALES FUNCIONES: Venta directa en campo a distribuidores y subdistribuidores Atención a clientes B2B (alumineros, vidrieros, contratistas, estructuristas y constructoras) Apertura de mercado y posicionamiento de nuevos productos Seguimiento a clientes y cumplimiento de objetivos comerciales Reporte de resultados y participación en juntas virtuales OFRECEMOS: Sueldo base + Comisiones Prestaciones de ley y superiores.
