About the Role
Role Description We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Freshers, This is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune for a Cloud Inside Sales Representative. The role involves generating leads, managing client accounts, and promoting cloud services. You will work closely with prospects and existing clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include coordinating with technical teams, fostering strong customer relationships, and meeting sales targets aligned with the company's growth objectives. Qualifications Skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and drive business growth. Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to build lasting client relationships. Expertise in Account Management to ensure client success and nurture customer loyalty. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively. Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and adapt to a dynamic work environment. Experience in cloud, AI, or managed services is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Eligibility Criteria Any Graduate (BBA, BCom, BCA, BSc IT, MBA, BE, BTech preferred). Candidates with internship experience in sales will have an added advantage.
