About the Role

As an Admin Executive at MEPTOR CONSULTANCY PRIVATE LIMITED, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the management team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and maintaining a professional work environment.

You will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, handling phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring timely reminders and follow-ups.
  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation, and preparing itineraries.

  • Perform other administrative tasks as required, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of office administration, including record-keeping, filing, and data entry.
