About the Role
As a Corporate Learning & Growth Executive at Mentors Pool, you will be responsible for designing and implementing corporate learning programs that drive employee growth and development. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify skill gaps, creating engaging training content, and evaluating program effectiveness. You will also work closely with senior leaders to align learning initiatives with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop corporate learning programs that cater to diverse employee needs and skill levels.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement within the organization.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and interactive training content.
- Evaluate program effectiveness through metrics such as participant feedback, knowledge retention, and behavioral change.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to source high-quality training content and services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in corporate learning and development.
- Communicate program outcomes and recommendations to senior leaders and stakeholders.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in presentation software such as PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Keynote.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and other training technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate program effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations.
