About the Role
As a Field Sales Executive at Meelan Hospicare, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with existing customers, and driving sales growth through effective sales strategies and presentations.
Day-to-day, you will be engaging in door-to-door visits, cold calling, and following up on leads to maximize sales opportunities and achieve sales targets.
This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and market analysis.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular follow-ups and presentations.
- Engage in door-to-door visits and cold calling to generate new leads and expand customer base.
- Effectively negotiate and close sales deals to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with CRM software and sales automation tools.
- Knowledge of sales strategies, cold calling, and presentation techniques.
