About the Role

As an Apprentice at Medtronic, you will be part of a dynamic team that champions healthcare access and equity for all. Key Responsibilities

• Perform research and provide data analysis to support various teams within the organization.
• Assist with the development, monitoring, and implementation of non-technical projects as assigned.
• Provide internal communication services to team members, including analysis and reporting.
• Develop knowledge of industry and organizational processes.
• Support office operations and provide administrative assistance as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve project objectives and deliver results.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.
