About the Role

As a Manufacturing Quality Analyst at Medrich, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of our software products throughout the manufacturing process. This involves monitoring production lines, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions to maintain quality standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular quality audits to identify and address potential quality issues
  • Collaborate with production teams to implement preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely maintenance of equipment
  • Investigate and resolve quality-related issues through root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
  • Develop and maintain quality control procedures and documentation
  • Conduct training sessions for production staff on quality control procedures and best practices
  • Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field
  • 0-4 years of experience in manufacturing quality control or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices
  • Familiarity with operating machinery and equipment
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Familiarity with quality control software and tools (e.g. QMS, CAPA)
