Key Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage day-to-day operations involving customers and diagnostic centers.

2. Coordinate between internal stakeholders at the diagnostic centers and the end customers, ensuring appointments are scheduled, and medical assessments are completed smoothly.

3. Oversee the accurate and timely publishing and closure of medical reports.

4. Work as an agent among the Operations team.

5. Ensure day wise target is being achieved for each parameter like, Booking, Attendance, Report, email handling Etc.

6. Continuously monitoring and following up with Diagnostic centers for reports closure.

7. Ensure that their respective Zones and cities underneath achieve the targets

8. Maintain TAT for report closure and E2E TAT of fulfillment.

Note:- Candidates must be open to working 6 days per week and comfortable with a 9-hour shift.
