About the Role
As an HR Recruiter at Max Edutech Solutions Private Limited, you will be responsible for coordinating the entire recruitment process, from sourcing potential candidates to onboarding new hires. This role involves working closely with various teams to understand their hiring needs and ensuring timely and efficient recruitment processes.
Day-to-day tasks will include creating job postings, managing job boards, and coordinating interviews with shortlisted candidates. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of recruitment processes and providing regular updates to the management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, shortlisting, and onboarding of new hires.
- Work closely with various teams to understand their hiring needs and ensure timely and efficient recruitment processes.
- Manage job postings, job boards, and other recruitment tools to attract potential candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates and ensure smooth communication between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment processes and provide regular updates to the management team.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve recruitment processes and reduce time-to-hire.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0 years of experience in HR recruitment or a related field.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with HR software and recruitment tools (e.g., HRIS, ATS, CRM).
