Salesforce Admin (12 Month Contract) (6 PM to 3 AM Shift)

About the Role
As a Salesforce Admin, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Salesforce platform, ensuring seamless data migration, troubleshooting, and adherence to CRM processes. Your primary focus will be on maintaining the integrity of Salesforce data, creating dashboards, and reports to facilitate informed business decisions. You will also be expected to stay up-to-date with Salesforce best practices and implement them within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and manage Salesforce objects, fields, and relationships to meet business requirements.
- Develop and implement data validation rules to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Create and manage dashboards to provide real-time insights into business performance.
- Design and implement reports to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce data migration, configuration, and customization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and implement Salesforce solutions to meet those needs.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, updates, and best practices to ensure the organization is leveraging the platform to its full potential.
Skills & Qualifications
- Valid Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong understanding of CRM processes and Salesforce best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with data migration, validation rules, and dashboard creation in Salesforce.
