About the Role
As a Payment Assistant at Matrimony, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving payment-related issues in multiple languages, including Malayalam, Kannada, Hindi, and Telugu. You will work closely with the customer support team to ensure seamless payment processing and provide exceptional customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve payment-related issues via phone, email, or chat in multiple languages.
- Process customer payments and ensure timely resolution of payment-related issues.
- Collaborate with the customer support team to resolve complex customer issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with payment processing procedures and policies.
- Identify and report any payment-related issues or discrepancies.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication skills in Malayalam, Kannada, Hindi, and Telugu.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of payment processing procedures and policies.
- Degree in any discipline (preferably in a related field).
- 0-4 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
