About the Role
We're looking for a Social Media Associate to manage and grow our firm's entire social media presence, from content planning to design execution to publishing, across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
This role blends content strategy, design, and coordination, requiring you to pull technical inputs from Partners and Managers and turn them into content that's on-brand, timely, and consistent.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the firm's LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media handles.
- Generate original content across formats, including posts, carousels, short-form video ideas, and event coverage, tailored to each platform.
- Create and own a content calendar, and be accountable for it actually being delivered on schedule.
- Design all content in Canva, working within the firm's brand guidelines to keep everything consistent.
- Follow up proactively with Partners and Managers to source technical/domain content.
- Handle the marketing side of internal and external events, covering them live and turning that coverage into post-event content.
Skills & Qualifications
- Hands-on experience managing social media handles for a business.
- Strong working knowledge of Canva and an eye for clean, professional design.
- Comfortable working within brand guidelines rather than freelancing on aesthetics.
- Good follow-up discipline to extract inputs from senior stakeholders who are often unavailable.
- Organized enough to run a content calendar as a real deliverable, with deadlines that hold.
- Basic photography and videography skills for event coverage.
- Any graduate with a strong design/content sensibility, with a portfolio that matters more than degree.
