Role Description The Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving sales and building client relationships. This full-time, on-site position is based in Chennai, where the individual will be responsible for generating leads, identifying business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves market research, collaborating with the marketing team for strategic initiatives, and representing the company to both existing and prospective clients. Qualifications Proven skills in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management Experience in Market Research and Business Strategy Development Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools is an advantage Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities Self-motivation with the capability to meet or exceed sales targets Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus but not mandatory
