About the Role
Location: Bangalore (Office) | Davao Del Sur, Philippines (Remote) | Shillong / Guwahati, Northeast India (Remote) About the Role: We're looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to drive new business. You'll research target companies, generate quality leads, and reach out to set up meetings with their decision-makers and technical teams. Key Responsibilities Research and identify target companies that fit our ideal customer profile Generate high-quality sales leads Make outbound cold and warm calls to prospects Conduct warm outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other channels Understand client needs and articulate our value proposition Schedule meetings between prospects and our technical or senior team Maintain accurate records of all activities in the CRM Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline What We're Looking For Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong persistence and resilience when facing rejection Confidence in speaking with senior management and technical teams Good research and lead-generation abilities Strong organizational skills and follow-up discipline Self-motivated with a hunter mentality
