About the Role

As a Java Full Stack Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs for marlabs' clients and internal teams. Your primary focus will be on teaching Java and Full Stack development skills, ensuring that participants gain hands-on experience and practical knowledge. You will work closely with subject matter experts to develop training materials and assess the effectiveness of training programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high-quality training programs for Java and Full Stack development
• Develop and maintain training materials, including courseware, presentations, and assessments
• Assess participant knowledge and skills through evaluations and feedback sessions
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training programs meet industry standards
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Java and Full Stack technologies and trends
• Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training programs
• Measure and report training effectiveness to stakeholders

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 0-4 years of experience in software development, training, or education
• Strong knowledge of Java and Full Stack development principles and practices
• Experience with training delivery, facilitation, and assessment
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with subject matter experts
• Familiarity with learning management systems and training software
