About the Role

We are looking for dynamic, customer-focused, and professionally groomed Customer Service Executives to join our team at Maharishi Ayurveda Hospital.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling patient inquiries, managing leads, providing information about hospital services, and ensuring a seamless patient experience from the first interaction to post-treatment follow-ups.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp inquiries, emails, and other patient communications.
  • Respond to patient queries regarding treatments, consultations, therapies, packages, and hospital services.
  • Convert inquiries into appointments by effectively explaining treatment benefits and hospital offerings.
  • Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and front office teams for appointment scheduling and patient management.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective and existing patients.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions in CRM and hospital management systems.
  • Resolve patient concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.
  • Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction through excellent communication and service.
  • Achieve individual and team performance targets.
  • Assist in patient retention and relationship management initiatives.
  • Generate daily reports and maintain service-related documentation.

What You'll Need

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
  • Pleasant, confident, and presentable personality.
  • Well-groomed, professional, and soft-spoken.
  • Ability to handle patient concerns with empathy and patience.
  • Strong listening, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
