About the Role: Job Summary: Maharah Human Resources Company is seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative to provide outstanding customer support via inbound and outbound calls. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls and respond to customer questions and requests promptly and professionally. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies. Assist customers in resolving issues or direct them to the appropriate department. Document customer interactions and maintain updated records using the CRM system. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and ensure customer satisfaction. Meet performance targets and service level agreements. | Requirements: High school , diploma or equivalent qualification. Previous experience in call center or customer service roles preferred. Excellent communication and listening skills. Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
