Role Description The Executive-B2B Sales role is a full-time, on-site position located in Ghaziabad. Responsibilities include identifying and engaging with prospective B2B clients, building strong client relationships, and driving sales to meet organizational targets. The role involves creating and presenting tailored solutions, negotiating contracts, and acting as the primary point of contact for client queries. The Executive will also manage sales pipelines, report on key metrics, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance client satisfaction. Qualifications Sales and negotiation skills, with experience in B2B sales and client relationship management Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze market trends and create strategic sales plans Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field Experience in international manpower solutions or recruitment is a plus
