About the Role

As a Creative Designer at Magentic AI, you will be responsible for crafting visually stunning and engaging designs that bring our AI and technology brand to life. You will work closely with our cross-functional team to develop innovative design solutions that meet our business objectives. Your designs will be used across various marketing channels, including social media, websites, and advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop visually appealing and effective design concepts for various marketing materials, including social media posts, website graphics, and advertising campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand design requirements and create designs that meet their needs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and tools to ensure our brand remains competitive and innovative.
• Work with the AI team to develop design solutions that incorporate AI-powered tools and technologies.
• Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to inform design decisions.
• Present design concepts and ideas to the team and stakeholders for feedback and approval.
• Continuously evaluate and improve design processes and workflows to increase efficiency and productivity.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of UI design principles, color theory, and typography.
• Experience with motion graphics and visual content creation.
• Familiarity with AI tools and technologies, such as AI-powered design software.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
