The project: This is a complex, mission critical project working with an amazing client organisation and talented Mace team. This project will be of incredibly high-quality standards in a heavily regulated environment, suiting people with similar project experience that operate with the highest integrity and professionalism. You'll be responsible for: Establish and maintain secondary project control, ensuring dimensional accuracy across contractor works. Carry out inspections and collate comprehensive quality records, enabling Mace verification of the works. Review design information to confirm sufficient detail for construction and act as TWS in line with Mace procedures. Maintain accurate site diaries and records, supporting transparency and accountability in project delivery. Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members, fostering capability and strong stakeholder relationships. Embed sustainability and net zero carbon objectives into project delivery, proactively managing associated emissions and reductions. You'll need to have: Degree qualification is essential with 5-8 years experience. Advanced technical expertise across design, construction, planning and commercial management. Full construction delivery life-cycle experience, in complex, highly regulated or mission critical projects is essential. Strong communicator with proven stakeholder and leadership capability. Professionally qualified in a relevant discipline or membership.
