The role involves conducting outbound calls to potential clients, explaining services and products, generating leads, and setting up appointments. Responsibilities include building rapport with customers, answering queries, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to team sales targets. The Sales Tele Caller will play a crucial role in driving revenue and maintaining positive customer relationships. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor Proficiency in understanding and explaining products or services to potential clients Ability to manage and maintain customer databases and records Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple calls and follow-ups Basic technical proficiency in using CRM tools and other relevant software Prior experience in sales or customer service is advantageous Resilience, adaptability, and a goal-oriented mindset Proficiency in English and local/regional languages is a plus
