Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Operations Executive based in Mumbai, with some flexibility for remote work. The Operations Executive will oversee the day-to-day management of parking operations, coordinate with team members and clients, ensure smooth operational workflows, analyze data to optimize performance, handle customer inquiries effectively, and maintain efficient communication within the team and with stakeholders. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams and clients Proficiency in Operations Management and general operations to oversee daily tasks and ensure operational excellence Analytical skills to assess data, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions Ability to work in a hybrid setup, meeting both in-person and remote work responsibilities Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Experience in parking management or similar industries is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred Knowledge of AutoCAD will be considered a plus
