About the Role
As a Technical Sales Executive for Concrete Admixtures at Luminaire Industries, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to promote our construction chemicals to clients in the Mumbai City area. This role involves working closely with customers to understand their needs and providing solutions-based sales support to drive business growth. You will also be required to maintain accurate sales documentation and utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote Luminaire Industries' construction chemicals to clients in the Mumbai City area.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions-based sales support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather product information and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
- Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions, sales performance, and market trends.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management to drive business growth and improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments, new technologies, and market trends to provide expert advice to customers.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth goals.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the construction chemicals industry.
- Strong knowledge of concrete technology, construction chemicals, and admixtures.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales documentation.
- Certifications in sales, marketing, or a related field are a plus.
