About the Role
As a Generative AI Engineer at LTM, you will be at the forefront of harnessing the power of AI to solve real-world problems. Your primary responsibility will be to design, build, and scale AI-powered solutions using Azure AI services, Azure AI Foundry, and Copilot Studio, integrating them seamlessly into enterprise-grade .NET microservices architectures.
Your work will directly influence intelligent automation of business workflows, enterprise-grade AI adoption, and scalable AI-driven customer and internal platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-driven systems using Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Azure ML, Azure AI Foundry, and Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, including chunking strategies, embedding and vector search optimization.
- Develop multi-agent and conversational AI systems.
- Build and maintain scalable .NET Core microservices.
- Develop REST APIs integrating AI services into enterprise platforms.
- Ensure high performance, security, and resilience in distributed systems.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong expertise in .NET / C# (microservices architecture).
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture (Azure).
- Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Azure ML, RAG pipelines, and Copilot Studio.
- Experience with Vector DB (Azure AI Search / Cosmos DB), Relational DB (SQL Server), and NoSQL (Cosmos DB / MongoDB).
- Strong knowledge of Python (AI/ML scripting).
- Experience with Microsoft agent framework (preferred) / LangChain.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
