About the Role

Job Title: Customer Support Intern Location: MIDC, Andheri East

Responsibilities

• Assist in handling inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Respond to customer queries via email and chat.
• Help resolve customer concerns by coordinating with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Ensure timely follow-ups on customer requests.
• Learn and follow customer support processes and communication guidelines.
• Contribute to delivering a great customer experience every day.

What You'll Need

• Graduate or final-year student (any discipline).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good English grammar and typing skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over calls.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior internship or customer-facing experience is a bonus but not mandatory.
