About the Role

Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, generating sales leads, explaining products/services, and converting inquiries into successful sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide product/service information. Generate and qualify leads through tele calling activities. Explain product features, pricing, and offers to customers. Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication with prospects. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain customer database and update CRM records regularly. Coordinate with field sales and other departments for smooth order processing. Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally. Share daily call reports and sales updates with the reporting manager. Experience 0–3 years of experience in telesales, tele calling, customer support, or inside sales. Preferred Candidate Profile Positive attitude and customer-focused approach. Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment. Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications Graduate in any discipline. Good communication and convincing skills in Hindi and English. Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling.
