About the Role

As a Telecaller for AstroLokal, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to astrologers and astrology practitioners to introduce them to the AstroLokal platform and its services. Your primary goal will be to onboard these professionals onto the platform, explaining the benefits, earning opportunities, and onboarding processes. You will also be required to follow up with leads generated through sourcing and marketing campaigns, maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and onboarding status in CRM systems, and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly onboarding targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to astrologers and astrology practitioners to introduce AstroLokal and its services.
  • Explain platform benefits, earning opportunities, and onboarding processes to interested astrologers.
  • Convert interested astrologers into active platform partners.
  • Guide astrologers through registration, profile creation, verification, and onboarding procedures.
  • Follow up with leads generated through sourcing and marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and onboarding status in CRM systems.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Proven experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, Business Development, or Onboarding roles.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and computer operations.
  • Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
