About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our hiring efforts across business and technology functions. As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will be responsible for sourcing and identifying potential candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interview schedules, and maintaining candidate databases.

This role offers hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, candidate engagement, interview coordination, employer branding, and stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate fit based on role requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Maintain and update candidate databases, hiring trackers, and recruitment reports with accuracy.
• Assist in posting job openings across various recruitment platforms and monitor application pipelines.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.

Skills & Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, or other recruitment platforms is a plus.
