About the Role
The Learning & Development Intern to FTE is an entry-level role designed for fresh graduates who are passionate about employee development, corporate training, and organizational learning.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in Learning & Development, Training Operations, Employee Engagement, and Organizational Development.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate technical and non-technical training programs.
- Schedule training sessions with internal trainers and external vendors.
- Manage training calendars and communicate schedules to employees.
- Ensure training logistics, attendance, and learning resources are organized.
- Maintain training records, attendance, and certification data.
- Update Learning Management System (LMS) records and training trackers.
- Prepare training reports and dashboards.
- Track employee learning progress and certification completion.
- Assist in preparing presentations, training manuals, learning materials, and assessments.
- Organize knowledge-sharing sessions and learning events.
- Support the creation and maintenance of training documentation.
- Monitor employee participation and learning completion metrics.
- Support reporting on learning KPIs and certification status.
What You'll Need
- Any one of the following: MBA / MA – Human Resources, Organizational Development or Master of Social Work (MSW) in HR.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Good presentation and facilitation skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Passion for learning and employee development.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Attention to detail and good time management.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a proactive mindset.
