About the Role

Skills & Qualifications

• Outbound calling and lead generation experience, preferably in a sales or marketing role.
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer complaints and concerns.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
• Familiarity with sales support software and tools, such as CRM systems.
• Certification in sales or marketing, such as a Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or a Certified Marketing Professional (CMP), is a plus.
