Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Payroll Executive located in Karad. The Payroll Executive will oversee the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursement and compliance with all statutory regulations. Responsibilities include maintaining employee payroll records, processing payroll documentation, managing reports and resolving payroll-related inquiries. The role involves consulting with clients, supporting audits, and collaborating with HR to address employee payment concerns. Qualifications Proficient in Payroll Management, Employee Compensation, and Salary Processing Strong knowledge of Statutory Compliance processes, including EPF, ESIC, and taxation Attention to detail with skills in Data Management, Record Keeping, and Documentation Experience with relevant software tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) Effective communication skills to liaise with clients, audit teams, and employees Ability to manage time effectively and work in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, or a related field (preferred) Knowledge of labor laws and employment compliance regulations is an advantage Prior experience in payroll or HR operations is beneficial
