About the Role
As a Business Development- Sales Intern at Leverage Edu, you will be responsible for assisting the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth. Your primary focus will be on cold calling, customer engagement, and sales operations to drive revenue growth. You will work closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, analyze market trends, and identify new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through cold calling, email marketing, and social media outreach.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions to drive sales growth.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, analyzing market trends, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales processes, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor analysis, and market insights.
- Assist in data analysis and reporting to measure sales performance, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to drive growth.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong sales and marketing skills, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Basic knowledge of sales operations, customer engagement, and customer relationship management.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly, with a strong desire to grow and develop in a sales role.
